I was going through the fridge to see what needs using and found some smoked sausage I forgot about.
Making something tasty for tomorrow and Friday. Tonight is Applebees just because I have a gift card.

I made these mini cheesecakes topped with a chocolate ganache & a chocolate covered strawberry for my son's 8th grade class bake sale...they were a hit!

We didn't get home till after 8 tonight, so I just went thru the Panda Express drive thru. I obviously didn't bother to take a picture. Almost $20 just for 2 fried rice & 2 chow mien. Has it really been THAT long since I've been there???

can be really bad anymore like didn't intend to invest
