Thursday Yum:
Had guests over for dinner. Was distracted by the good company. But managed to snap some quickie pic-kies..
Hubby slow smoked a pork tenderloin portion on the offset grill with Hickory and Pecan. Hours of smokey build up and penetration.
View attachment 1259726 That's not "burnt". seared on all sides before it was indirectly cooked to scab the exterior to lock in the flavor/juices that it marinaded in for 24 hrs.

Ridiculously soft & juicy. Our guests did very little talking during supper, mostly eating food at a high rate of speed!
Made corn in still in the husk on the grill and a steamed veggie mix as well. Was kinda too busy socializing to go pic crazy.
