Here is a throw together dinner plate I had. Pork chop, Potatoes with Grrrravy, and Noodles with Grrrrravy. Grrrrrravy makes me happy.
The noodles are shaped kind of funny. My granddaughter calls them CATERPILLARS. They do hold the gravy well.

I am on this thread way tooooo much. If I start to gain weight, I will blame Connie. It is this thread that says. "SHOW OFF YOUR YUM". I would be to embarrassed to show a small portion.

Pastry is from a local bakery near me. They produce this type all year, (in assorted filling type) but the week prior to Ash Wednesday they work 26 hours per day to keep up. Last year when I went to pick up a batch for DW's work, (on Fat Tuesday) I casually asked how many did they produce up to then. I think the response was 34,000 plus.
Another bakery, somewhat larger, and slightly more distant from me pushed out over 50,000 units this season. DW, read a post.

Portioned 6.5 lbs of nacho cheese last night into 2 cups and sealed them into food saver bags.

Placed most of them hit the freezer. But the balance went to these.

What in the world can you do with 6 lbs of cheese and a case of restaurant style tortilla chips?

Ground beef/Ground pork/lettuce/tomato/green pepper/white onion/jalapeno pepper/sour cream/re fried beans.​
