Oatmeal cookies with chopped dried apricots and coconut. Pretty good.

We must be on the same track today IM...I just put a sheet of chocolate chip cookies in the oven!

Great minds . I just took out the last batch. Have to pick up the boys from school and we are making pizza. Teaching the oldest to make dough this afternoon. That's going to be fun

I love it when parents take the time to teach their kids how to cook/bake. That's something that will come in handy for the kids their entire lives.

Made pizza tonight with the 8 year old. I made the sauce while the kids were in school, the oldest helped with the crust and loaded them with stuff. One pepperoni, one bacon and mushrooms.

Wrangling pigs for the last 4 hours.. Did not eat all day. Your pizzas just put me into starvation mode... I must stop looking before I eat the monitor..

Looks like many are on a pizza trend. I don't want to be left out.
DW made these mini version. Super easy and fast. English muffins, Spaghetti sauce, canned fungus (mushrooms), and peperjack cheese.

Often the bread is substituted with Italian or French bread. Depends what we have on hand. Soft white bread like Butternut not very IDEAL. Toppings also vary as to whats on hand. Cheese likewise. The peperjack does give a lil character VS mozzarella.
Into oven short to heat and melt cheese.
