I have been cooking, but not posting. I roasted a turkey and here are the main meals that I got out of it.
Roasted turkey with sweet potatoes and broccoli.

Yesterday was MAJOR PIGGY DAY.
Delivered a Couple 300 pounders to our processor:


Liquidated some offspring:

So in that Spirit, we stared a pork belly bacon cure and for supper,
BERKSHIRE STEAKS on the grill:

Complemented with cut green beans, iceburg garden salad w/cukes,red onion,tom slices, croutons, THOUSAND ISLAND dressing & Pepper Jack Cheese.
I was so tired I fell asleep at the dinner table when I finished my plate. Woke up and headed directly to bed. "Do not pass go, do not collect $200".

Well I used the turkey - diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, Velveeta cheese, diced pickles, pasta. I think Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and I added kale and onions for veggies.

My MIL talks about a place they go in MI where they cook steak on a brick at your table. She says its really good.

You need poop! Pig poop, Goat poop..
We feed the pigs Tomatoes. They poop out the seeds. The seeds germinate and thick stalk seedlings grow along the pen fences. We dig them up and put them in pots with garden soil and goat poo.
