Nothing to brag about but just wanted to share anyways. Heated 2 frozen Beef Tamales. These are REAL ONES and they came in natural corn husks. I used the plate in the microwave. That is why I just LUV those Corelle. Threw out the corn husks and put some Medium Salsa Verde. Then I ate them.
This was just a snack BTW. I first polished off a good size bowl of chicken soup. No pix of soup since it looks the same as the bowl of chicken soup I posted previously.

My grandson is going to be home with me next Wednesday and we are cooking together. I think he's going to help make a caramel apple swirl bread.

One thing I haven't done in a long time. Deep Dish. Lookie real-a good! yum..

Eggs in Tijuana over saffron rice, southwest lime steak tips. Avacado cream on top to cool the burn.

@Farmer Connie I am using less onion next time, and only the green part as it was a bit much and overpowered the bacon. It's heavy in the belly! I like red potato salad with dill, mayo and sour cream more than this one.
