They look nice. My wifey likes something similar with the toast a slice of ham a slice of peach or pineapple with cheese on top. I prefer the look of yours though. I like tuna!

That's something I'm going to try for sure. We need quick easy meals like that especially in the summer.

think home fries put the pork roast away not into it pulled three very nice no bone porch chops of loin pulled pork before I am done will put it with bar b cue sauce maybe hmm surprise the guys they are at the dump

We buy the salads at Sam"s Club. Am sure other stores carry as well.
Here is the kale salad. Added cut/sliced seedless cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.

Here is the Potato salad. Added more diced potatoes, Diced apples, and Hard boiled eggs. Mixed into existing salad without adding any extra mayonnaise. That is why I called it revised,,, AKA Modified. Sometimes we also add a can of Sweet Peas.
