Heck good looking meals there darn it

Yesterdays breakfast and dinner. DW always makes some fantastic chow, especially on weekends, or when Grandchildren are over.

Assorted lunch meat with EGGS,,,,,, and Tater Tots. Toasted bun with Apricot jam. The small dark round thingies,,,,,,, Stick sausage we snack on usually cold when just relaxing with a snack. They are seasoned deliciously. Similar to Slim Jims, but from the deli store made fresh, and not as spicy.

Dinner; Chicken sliced/chopped in Mushroom gravy. Cucumbers with sour cream dressing. Mashed potatoes. Those slight specs on potatoes are not a result of caveman improperly peeling the tatos. Besides Butter, and Sour Cream, added some Artichoke and Spinach Dip. Then smashed the whole concoction. I like to use the masher to place my desired quantity onto plate.
Cranberries are not only for Thanksgiving with turkey. I like the whole berry type, but Jellied is fine also. Assorted veggies. These are frozen, and steamed. Fast,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ready in no time. Washed down with a tall cool glass of Moo Juice.

My Aussies that died were breeder birds, my hatchery Aussie is a little trooper though. Hubs isn't fond of the NN appearance so I'll be sure to show him the Penedesencas. I've got some time to look around and see what's out there. Really appreciate the info, it'll help a lot

Maybe if you show your DH pictures of NN chicks he'll fall for them. I think they are some of the cutest chicks around (although I guess the adults are a bit strange looking until you get used to them).

Their little heads kind of remind me of the old Friar Tuck pictures

There is no such thing as an UGLY chicken!!!
I raise these and they are not the most pretty, but not UGLY.

And when they grow up they look like this.

I think quite cute BTW......... Anyone have any kwik recipes on preparing them???
I only found this but it had no recipe included.

No actual recipe comes to mind, but looks like a lot of tenderizing would be needed

(I think everyone is afraid of that guy!)
