Morning misty! Here's one for @Farmer Connie and her album of large eggs!

Picture is upside down! This bad boy was from one of my rescues! I thought I heard some squawking earlier!

I decided on scrambled egg for dinner tonight. Seeing as I have a supervise egg it would be rude not to!
Take one eggbert!

Into the pan. What a surprise! A double yolker!

Add another couple of eggs, a bit of milk, salt & pepper and cheeeze! Mix it up. Leave it runny.

I forgot the toast so by the time the toaster had done toasting the runniness had gone. Add a couple of Lincolnshire sausages and of course some beanz! Hey presto. Breakfast for tea!

Spent the afternoon baking cookies.. All I wanted was a good Ole peanut butter cookie so I made a batch. Well a dozen cookies just isn't going to cut it. On any day I will have my family of 5 plus 2 more. Well the problem is that I only had enough sugar to make one batch. Then I got creative. I was out of brown sugar as well. I know it's terrible. I don't want to go to town until tomorrow. I did have powdered sugar though and thought of my peanut butter icing recipe. So I modified it to make a batter and added some oats and even some chocolate chips. Omg they turned out amazing. Now I have to write everything down so I can duplicate it. So here they are. My peanut butter oatmeal cookies. The ones in the jar are regular. The ones cooling have chips. The recipe made 4 dozen.

I'm plum proud. Lol I can't believe I pulled it off. I've never made my own Cookie recipe before.
