SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

In all honesty, I had some halibut in the freezer. I defrosted it, and I gave it to the birds. I considered cooking it first, but they really didn’t care.
Any reason why you did not cook it up for self,,,,, :idunno A while back I posted the Halibut in Banana leaves DS made for us. It was Miti Tasti:yesss:

I picked up trout and a turkey breast tenderloin. Besides grilling, what would you do with either piece of meat? I want to cook one or both tomorrow - then can post some pics. :) Thanks!
The trout,,,,,, I would just pan fry in butter. :drool
The Turkey Breast tenderloin. I'm not sure how big that portion is... :idunno
We buy the Turkey Breast which is the complete breast portion, and does not include the ribs, or legs.. Season it topically, and slip it into a Oven Bake Bag. Bake until done, which is a few hours. Sometimes they come with one of those pop out thermometers that indicate when done.
It is summer now, and we minimize the oven use due to the obvious. On cooler days will still do.
I usually don't grill turkey, or fish. When I do grill chicken, it is usually in an aluminum foil pan, covered with foil, and it is in a BBQ sauce bath. :drool
Do same method in oven during winter.

My chicken dealer brought two packs of vacuum sealed fish for me to try to eat. I’m not a fan of fish/seafood, but I can usually eat it.
For some reason, I got sick after eating it the last time. I honestly don’t know why. Regardless, I couldn’t try again. So, it’s been in the freezer for over two years.
This was my yum (I think it’s Parmesan) that made me :sick

I didn’t make this so it doesn’t count, but I HAD to show you my dinner tonight. The kids called it “Death in a Pizza Box.”

Looks to me like a Hometown Pizzeria Pizza. Just does not resemble a National Chain version.:idunno
Of course I could be wrong,,,,,,,,, since I have no QUARREL with national chain pizzas.
