Some people use it with pasta (instead of a cream or tomato sauce).

I make my own Pesto now do not add the Olive oil to start keep my dry mix in the freezer add oil regenerate when I want to use it

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • Greens (8 loosely packed cups), chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves
  • 3/4 cup roasted salted pumpkin seeds (3 ounces) or any other seed
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, plus more for garnish
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
How to Make It
Step 1
In a food processor, combine the garlic, greens, parsley leaves and the 3/4 cup of pumpkin seeds; pulse until finely chopped. With the machine on, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Stir in the 1 cup of cheese. Season with salt and pepper.


I’ve never had hummus. I want to try it. I just haven’t.

made the pesto with New Zealand spinach, oregano, dill, parmesan cheese, cashews
made a blackberry cobbler but added french vanilla pudding to the blackberry as I warmed it baked to 25 minutes at 400 for the dough now cooling in the fridge... 4 loaves of sourdough bread first rise productive day here

Made a chocolate cake with a strawberry pastry cream filling and caramel icing topped with chocolate ganache and chocolate covered strawberries. Then I made fossil (peanut butter) cookies

That looks great! I bet it tastes as good as it looks :drool
