Six cups of “ohhhhhhh yeahhhhh!”

Dinner experiment: chicken thighs rubbed with coconut oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, onion and garlic pwd and my homemade curry pwd. Baked, sprinkled with a little brown sugar and back into the oven for 15 minutes.

We're having pasta and asparagus with.
