Hey, how do I blind bake chocolate chip cookie in a pie pan?

For a pie crust? Press it in the bottom but not too thick. Add some beans to keep it from puffing too much and I wold bake at 375 because of the eggs. It will likely take about 10 minutes.

I forgot egg in the cookie crust. The recipe isn’t on the bag, I was trying to remember to half everything while remembering the recipe...
I wasn’t sure weights were the answer for a cookie crust. Now I know.

She won’t get her hands dirty anymore, but loved helping. That is until I scooped out some dough for her, and she ran off.
