How long did you bake them.??? We make meatballs often, but just skillet fry them.
Definitely use the Panco breadcrumbs, but on surface.
How does the Slappin Cajun work out. ???:drool
My recipe calls for browning and then baking

The pic of ingredients doesn't include the Worcestershire sauce and milk. The meatballs were pretty good, I used 3 oz raw each and made 16.

Thanks! This was actually a Mediterranean salad kit with a balsamic & something dressing, maybe basil I'll have to double check. I really liked it, I'll be looking for the dressing recipe online.
