Made this for dinner.
View attachment 1832622 I flame heat the tortillas, when just making a small amount. If I make a larger quantity, I griddle heat them. Flame heating,,,,,, I have to constantly keep looking and flip just right time. Otherwise I end up with burned ones

Those yellow thingies are Beef Tamales, already disrobed from their corn-husk jackets Green salsa is MEDIUM.
BTW,,, the thing in the shot-glass is not eatable. It is a cutting placed there to root. Caveman trying to make picture purdy

Somehow Cranberry juice went well with this

Pork loin, added cheesy tots and brussle sprouts tried a few ways to cook them found peanut oil lightly fried is the preferred here do not cover them but half way..
went and made popcorn as a snack for us about 3 have a old style popcorn popper sits on the burner you turn the crank 0 calories but hits the spot

You be careful buying stuff from the eye-patch man. Lose too many fingers and you'll have a hard time typing!
