I made Au Gratin potatoes and ham @penny1960

Dinner. The Au Gratin pitatoes are excellent! I used up a bit of pepper jack and finished with mexium cheddar because that's what I had. I added no salt or pepper to the casserole and I don't think it needed extra.
Things I'll change the next time: I'll cut the ham smaller; after the first layer of potatoes and onion I'll add some ham and half the sauce, then top with remaining potatoes and sauce.

okay well live and learn should have had a sauce or broth to bind it looked great in the spring form pan took that off tried to cut it and it collapsed have a photo bomb with all the photos I took flavor enjoyed by all but like add salsa whole jar or tomato paste

DO NOT CRUSH OREOS IN A CHEAP PLASTIC BAG.
Use cheese cloth or a cotton towel. They will put microscopic pcs of plastic in your body & the DH dude.
