First time I see with mini marshmallows:drool
Talking about marshmallows,,,,,, DW made the Rice Crispies, and Marshmallow concoction over the weekend. Grandchildren were over,,,, and finished most of it. The rest went home with them anyways:yesss:

Shrimp etouffee
Can you post your recipe for that:drool:drool:drool
I will eat shrimp and other seafood as long as it is cooked. BIL is one to eat shrimp that looks raw to me. He says it is steamed or something similar. When I ate some,,,,,,,, it tasted and textured RAW.:(
As long as I know there was fire added,,,, I'm fine:thumbsup

I’ll post the recipe when I get to my computer. Just waking up. 6am here. It’s a super easy recipe, but uses a lot of ingredients. That’s probably why it is so good.

Here's my recipe for Shrimp Etouffee. I have a friend who has made this for years, but never had a recipe. This is what we came up with when I pinned her down. I always have some of the sauce leftover because I only add enough shrimp for one meal. Shrimp doesn't reheat well. I will use the leftover sauce as a base for making Gumbo in a day or two.

Thank you so much for the recipe!

Lunch... Hassleback potatoes with vegan Alfredo noodles. Everything is sprinkled with nutritional yeast.

Those potatoes look good. Are they hard to make?

I don't use butter, I just drizzle with olive oil that I have infused with seasoning. I let the oil sit with the seasoning pretty much all day until it's time for dinner and then I put it on top then I put them in the oven.

When you are slicing the potatoes put chopsticks on both sides or something that will stop the knife from completely going down into the potato.
