My brother gives us a gift card for Christmas and I always use it for something I'll use for a long time. I bought a instant pot, air fryer, and foodsaver last year. I was thinking about buying a turkey fryer and plucker this year. Maybe a ninja foodi too!

So we are having KFC for dinner tonight. We have to do a lot of running around to get ingredients for tomorrow and I feel like I deserve a break from the kitchen The dogs and family agreed... I'm thinking extra crispy 12 piece with yummy Mac and cheese and wedges

@cavemanrich isn't KFC something you said you liked?

I think any break in the kitchen you can get between now and the end of December, take it!

Mix the turkey with brown rice, papaya, wheat germ some kelp becomes a great meal
making hamburger tonight was going to make chicken oops turkey tomorrow

I haven't had a piece of chicken in a long time, I'm going to have some extra crispy KFC tonight

Ours is always busy and they're extremely fast too so I like going there. Usually it's just to get wedges though.

I have to cook a bunch of stuff tomorrow morning so I figure I will take a break tonight!

The reason for me eating the chicken is because I'm going to try to reintroduce chicken into my diet. Since we are raising our own I would like to at least have chicken twice a week once they're processed.

I spoke with my pulmonologist yesterday at my appointment and he is very impressed that we are actually raising our own so that they are healthier than what we can get at the store.

I looked it up and it said not to feed them turkey that has been seasoned or has onions

I made meatballs. I was going to can them because it’s sooo much easier not having to defrost them, but it is faster to freeze them.

I swore I added a very healthy dose of hot sauce to my burger, but it was mild enough to let the dog eat the meatball I tried. Good since I cannot eat anything (I kinda sorta think I have food poisoning), bad because I obviously didn’t add enough heat.
