I dunno, I always thought a frittata was stovetop and never add milk or cream to it, or to omelets.

ETA recipes for frittatas I looked up use less cream or milk. When I make a quiche for every egg I add enough cream or milk to equal 1/2 a cup. More custard like texture than a frittata I think.

Oh my gosh, I just found this thread and I wanna play! I always tell my husband that if I don't take a picture of my meal then it never even happened. He knows not to touch until I got a pic lol.

sorry not photos here tonight, was hungry ate.. Made dinner ate dinner it was good
pork loin chops bone in, did 10 minute cabbage as a veggie boil the water then drop the cabbage in time 10 just soften a bit .. Crinkle cut fries deep fried

Today I ate like a BANDIT
Premium Hot Sandie breakfast. On right side is Combo of Banana, Cottage Cheese, and Yogurt There is also a sneak preview of my HOG CUP.
BC you should be impressed,, I need to restart that Cup Fashion Show again soon.

Lunch,,, quesadilla with tomato.

Dinner... this is a tricky picture. I took meatballs, and spaghetti sauce out from reffer. Nuked them on that plate, and then when noodles were done, used a straining spoon to load up the plate. That is why the sauce is hidden on bottom. Used the fresh shredding Parmesan on top..

Didn't get pics but I had a hamburger with garlic and feta aioli, purple onion and avocado slices. Salad with bleu cheese dressing and milk to drink.
