Made Cauliflower, Carrot, Tomato, Bacon & Rice Soup. Ahhhhh VEGETABLES Finally!!!

Potstickers and broccoli slaw tonight for the adults, chicken strips and sweet potato fries for the boys. Tomorrow I’m cooking a slab of pork belly.

Well had the bean dip we bought at Costco ,.... Cooked 1 lb of ground beef adding 1/2 a jalapeno.. Tomatilla and tomato from the garden had three tomato we could use the other, 1/2 of the jalapeno went in the blender for sauce.
Everyone could do as they wanted extra cheese and part of sauce
No leftovers

Made Bobs Italian peasent stew Darn just the best added mozzerella cheese
to thicken a bit was super good made a bread sticks to go with

We had pork belly with homemade BBQ sauce topped with homemade coleslaw on slider buns. Pretty good.

I did added 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella to the stew thicken it a bit

Yesterday I had sourdough bread and peach pie, both prepared in the Crockpot.
