I love music! I've been playing for about six years now.

Yet I only learned how to play chopsticks about a month ago.

I played piano for five years... gee, started when I was 6, I still remember my first lessons

Then I played flute until I was 13.
After that I kinda started developing subject preferences.

I've never heard of Chopsticks

Well, chopsticks, for most people, is the first song they ever learn on the piano. I'm not sure if its the same in Australia though.

Gosh I don't remember the first song I learnt. Mary had a Little Lamb, perhaps

Thanks! The tan poodle is our neighbors dog. The doxie is ours.
It just rained, so it was especially pretty.

They're both so cute! I wish we could have a dog, but there's nobody at home to take care of one.
When it rains, our place kinda sags. It looks great in the spring, with the butterflies and dried grass.

Lol. Well, it may surprise you to know that all that green stuff isn't grass. It's a weed that looks like grass when it sprouts, but when it dries out it looks ugly as sin.

Here's our creek:

Here's our house from a little less then 1/4 mile away:

Here's our tree swing down by the creek:

The rope broke recently, but it'll look like that again once we get it fixed.

Isn't that weird! It seems appearances really are deceptive
