Sick chicken! Please help!

Do you think it may spread to other chickens that were in his flock? I also brought an Easter egger chicken over there because she was bullying my chickens in my flock at home. I don’t think she has been having any problems, though the chickens there have stoped laying eggs lately. I ussume it would be that they are just old, but my Easter egger is only about 3 years old. That would make sense about old paint or oil or something, the farm is quite old. Or maybe he got marek’s from a wild bird? There was this one bird that kept getting stuck in the run.
