Sick duck. Need advice

It's a precious duckling. Pekins are one of the breeds that can show up lame very quick and sounds like this has been coming on since you had him. I really think this is a niacin deficiency with the lameness. You mean when it's trying to move it's neck is going back and forth? That's pretty normal for a duck unless you mean something else.

All TSC had was b12.. should I just go buy a ton of peas?

That's up to you but you can't just feed the duckling peas. Plus you want to get him over this as quick as possible if left untreated they can die. You can buy liquid B complex at any human pharmacy also capsules which you can open and sprinkle over and mix good so he can't taste it.
