Sick Silkie Need Advice

Can anyone help us. This is a 6 month old Silkie roo. He was fine . Two days ago he starting throwing chest way out with neck way back. Treating for sour crop or impacted, but crop didn't feel bad or inflamed. Trying to find aviary vet. Feeding yogurt, massaging crop. Wondering is it wry neck, but had a chick with that once. Doesn't look like it. No one seems to have any idea. It can sit up straight, but then chest goes way out like a balloon again.

Throwing the head/neck way back sounds like a neurological symptom, so treating as Wry Neck would be a good idea.

Give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with a little scrambled egg. See that he's staying hydrated and eating his chick starter.

Does the chest feel like it's air filled when it goes way out like a balloon?
