As the tittle says I have a bantam rooster Earl, who has been limping a bit lately. So I caught him this morning, he is hard to catch... So i could have a look at him.
He appears to have red angry looking spots on his feet where the feathers go in. It has been exceptionally wet here over the last month. He is eating normally. Pooping normally. The other chicken dont have issues with their feet. The have grass as the bedding in their coup. And just the one perch.
Here is a picture of his foot. If there is anything I can do to help please let me know.
All photos were taken today, so he looks healthy for now, but unfortunately I have seen how quick things can go downhill after loosing our buddy maccapacca. (Unrelated illness)
Please and thankyou for any help.
