Silkie clogged nose & sneezing, illness or dust?

My silkie is nearly 12 weeks old and for about a week now she’s been sneezing. Today I noticed some yellowish stuff clogging her nostrils. I used a damp q-tip & my finger nail to gently clear her nose.

She doesn’t have any other symptoms (no runny/foamy eyes, not lethargic, no head tilt, no weezing/coughing, etc). She is with 2 same aged chickens (EE & Cochin) and they’ve begun sneezing but no nasal clogging.

Since it’s cold out and the silkie isn’t fully feathered, they’re in my guest room on pine shavings. Is it possible it’s an irritant like dust because they’re inside & unable to get some air flow, rather than an illness?

Did the sneezing begin after you moved them inside?
They’ve been inside their whole lives. But before it got really cold this last week, we would occasionally open the windows to air it out. We had to stop that once it hit below 40s. I have noticed a layer of dust in the room. I’ve moved an air filtration device in there.

See if the air filtration makes a difference.
I would continue to keep the nostrils cleared out too.
Hopefully it's just a ventilation issue.
