Oh no, we've got 11 more lol the silkie was a spur of the moment decision and now I wish we'd grabbed at least one more!

I tell ya, they are like potato chips. I wanted just a few as pets. Now I have a breeding flock of about 18 and I hatch and sell. I just love fluffy chickens! You definately have a pullet and she will s beautiful!

I have one dark blue Silkie, and everyone is right! You can't have just one! Even though I have other bantam breeds, I need at least one more Silkie!

I know I am late to the party but as a new silkie owner I had to chime in! We got 10 chicks recently - 2 painted, 2 black and 6 patridge colored ^_^ Going to be a long time till we can figure out the gender though Guessing is a fun past time
How have your little ones been growing over the past week? We got ours on the 3rd of July and wow have they gotten bigger and fluffier! Can't wait to see them out in their coop/run!
