I added a half cup of GF sourdough starter to my machine GF bread. I'll be doing that every time now! A very nice improvement.

I'll be praying for you, the last time I went to the dentist @BY Bob may remember, they DARN near killed me, he injected the shot of lidocaine / epinephrine in an artery in the back of my throat- numb head, eye, heart flipped out--it was a bad day

fed the dogs, tended to the coop,
I think I will go back you yesterdays original plan before the 49mph wind and rain hit--
I would like to go to the market.

Oh, wow! That sounds really terrible! I sure hope they took care of all the ensuing bills that must have racked up. Do you still go to that dentist? I surely would not!

No, I havent been back, my husband was out of town at the time, it was in July
They should have never let me leave the office. I had enough since to sit out in the truck for 30 min to right myself, I made it home. When my DH got home, he paid a visit to the lead dentist, He is a good guy,
but "They" now has a CLEAR understanding of EMT protocol...........
I need a cleaning but I dont want to go,,,,,,,,
