Good Morning Coffee lovers!

DH was home yesterday, So I was unable to get out to the trailer and take the 2 * 2's I wanted
soo in an attempt to keep those growing young ladies safe I re purposed a broken travel crib

They seem to like it. I told DH it will only last about a week before they are breaking free of this one too
I did the second full clear out of the big coop out side and dusted it with sulfur. I also added a deep kitty litter pan to hold an always dry dust bath inside the coop.

Those Mites are Toast! I even mixed a sulfur spray and sprayed all cracks and walls it worked really well for getting under the roosts even in the run.
FF : I started doing that because I read that it helps to break down the corn, grains and seed shells for easier absorption and digestion as well as adding good flora to the digestive track. I am really new to it but I put in
Layer pellets
Alfalfa pellets
some Scratch and
black oil sunflower seeds.
add water and ACV
Wallah.
I have noticed that I use less layer pellets as they do still have access in the coop to Dry pellets but they don't seen to toss it around as much.
I fill a Folgers can half full and that is what they get each day. I put it in yes a litter pan. I used to use those plastic shoe boxes in the run However the Texas sun eats the plastic and makes it shatter so I don't use those anymore for fear the ladies will ingest something they cant pass. They work Great though! Easy to clean is always a plus for me!
Today is feed store day and it is still Chick Time!
we shall see how that goes.
