OK, gonna go outside and look for 2 girls, and tag them so I don't screw this one up.
2 girls. Lol! She wishes she could have a roo, but her husband is not in a rooster state of mind. LOL!! I'll let her know that you have them, when can she come and get them?

My sister in law just called to ask if there was a lost and found chicken place she could go. It appears her friend living on Horizon Lane in Levittown has had a hen walking around her yard for the past few days. She's posted pics on facebook and it sounds like maybe a rhode Island red. Sounds like a well taken care of chicken as it jumped in her lap when she sat on her chair. She is currently locked in her garage with some food (not appropriate chicken feed though) and water.

Anyone know if any levittown people on here that keep chickens? The woman who has her is Sue Maran and her number is 516-306-8830. I suggested she walk around the neighborhood and ask people if they know who she might belong to. If they can't find the owner, anyone willing to take her in? She's friendly, appears to be healthy and clean. She wanted to take her to WHite post farms but I don't think they take good care of their chickens there.

Everyone keeps sending extra, which is nice, but my farm inovators bator is full, and brinsea on lockdown. I still have 12+ welsummer eggs coming next week it seems cause they didn't ship yet. Somehow I miscalculated. I failed at chicken math( or did i get an A+ ? Hopefully the orpingtons hatch before more eggs get here. I think I have a bunch of non viable ones I can toss later. I've been keeping them just incase
OMG what have I done ?

I have to put this on hold until I find out what's going on.
I have a lethargic hen, didn't notice anything wrong yesterday, and if she's sick, I don't want to give anyone sick birds.
I have her in the bathroom right now. She looks like she's gonna drop dead!
Will know more tonite, just gave her antibiotics and she is sitting and not moving alot.
Crap.

She is cute. I wish I could. I really do. But I have issues right now.
Unless I messed up big time and none of these eggs hatch
I'm in BIG doo doo. Too many Eggs. Gosh it's like I just woke up
and some crazy lady emptied my bank account and filled my house
with hatching eggs. UGH. I have a tummy ache.
