This sounds like heat stroke, not just standard dehydration. At minimum it was heat exhaustion. Dehydration is the decrease in fliuds, heat exhaustion is a body temp up to 104, stoke is over 104 degrees. It can cause neurologic symptoms and can be fatal. If it was heat stroke you are fortunate to have survived. Please go to the doc asap to be checked for your hydration status and as was pointed out, your eletrolyte levels. Severe dehydration is a very dangerous thing and is often the cause of heat exhaustion and heat stroke, but you can have them without dehydration as well (activity during really hot weather sufficient to cause your temp to go over 104).
