Spaghetti Question

I call mine Garlic Balls. I use a full bulb of purple / red hardneck Garlic. Not that wimpy softneck stuff. I have a chopper thingy that minces it up super fine.
Since I probably can't convince the world to use a proper amount of Garlic, I'll just say use your own judgement (but you're not allowed to call them Garlic Balls too if they happen to be wimpy Balls). Roasted Garlic might be nice for the more, err, delicate, taste bug people.

I think it's either very good or very sad that two of my most favorite flavors, garlic and chocolate, don't go together.

I love good chocolate. I love my garlic. I don't know if the garlic I grow in my garden is good, but oh, man... Love that stuff!

Gorgeous! You must be so proud! Look at all the yummy purpleness! You may now send me some 😁

I so badly want to grow garlic! But all the growing guides recommend softneck varieties for the south. With the weak flavor and 100 tiny cloves.
I found people talking about growing hardnecks down here but they had to cold stratify them for 2 months in the fridge. Since all the seed places ship starting in October, that would be December at the earliest for planting? 🤔

Tangent. Bacon is good with everything. So add bacon as a binder.

Also, Mole sauces successfully combine garlic and chocolate (among other things)
