This is completely un-Swap related, but I have to share this with you all -Our goat Eclair had babies this morning! Two adorable little doelings:

We were a little worried about Maddy at first, because her hoof looked so big in the bubble before she came out. But everything went fine. When she came out I was shaking something awful from being so nervous, lol. They are both eating well and getting used to their land legs

I just can't believe that we really have babies now!!!

What adorable baby goats. I'd like some also but DH wouldn't so I don't push the issue. I have a friend whose chickens are now housed here since she couldn't keep them where they were. She brought chickens, pens and coops. She is able to come a couple of times a week so the rest of the time I get to spoil them.

How is everyone doing on their blocks? I can't believe we only have two more weeks and I'll be sorting and sending out blocks. Alethea your postage arrived today. Thank you.

We had one heck of a storm today, just rain and wind here but when the mountains cleared of clouds they had snow on them and I thought spring was here.....

.Tomorrow I will be at the Masonic Lodge all day selling raffle tickets for three gift certificates to our three local quilt shops for a fund raiser for the quilt guild. The Lodge is having a fund raiser of their own with an indoor/outdoor yard sale. I got to clean out some of my junk that was taking up space in my closets. Will probably bring more home with me tomorrow.
