Thank you... He was an accident that became part of a bigger plan. They vent sexed him as a pullet... Oops. Human error that turned into a good error.

Yes... That was taken a couple months ago

We have 2 internally pipped eggs 1 is from a local farm (half Brahma and not sure of the hen/pullets breed) and 1 is an egg from Squatch (mystery egg unsure who laid it). It could be Cochin (white and black), Barred Rock, Red Sex Link, Delaware.

When I candled the local farms egg, the chick started telling at me Probably yelling me it's 430 am!

The local farm eggs are both white... They're kind of small too, I'm unsure how a Brahma mix has even fit in the 2 eggs! I can't wait to see these chicks!

Here's the Gremlins this morning. I thought I was going to be able to keep some of the white ones, but ALL have wattles at 22 days That brown and black one that is on top of the feeder, I want to keep it! I call it itty bitty because it's the smallest one.

The black one is a Squatch baby. It's part Cochin and has feathered feet! I'm most likely going to keep more from this hatch than the other one!
