Well, we are in the new home, but we are still living out of boxes. It's not been an easy adjustment, but after 4 days, we finally got phone, internet and cable. My kids were going through withdrawal. We killed our first scorpion!
Saw a snake in the front yard and killed 4 of the most gigantic beetles I've ever seen. the blessings of living next to the huge mountain preserve!

What did you do Dar ? NOW all the scorpion lovers are going to dump on you, You mean you didn't have scorpions at your last house. I don't know Dar, Arizona doesn't sound like the most hospitable place to live.

Come to Illinois - Chicago suburbs no poisonous snakes, no scorpians, no 115 degree heat (yet) - nothing worse than coyotes (so far) - 2-4 seasons per year (sometimes it's just winter & summer) - shade, water, wind.

They really need good dentists too.

I have to move my broody OE tonight. My production red that is now broody will not leave her alone. She's in the box with her stealing her eggs. One egg got crushed, thankfully a dud. I'm sick of broodies!
