My dad's first RV was a 19' Dodge, I've forgotten the model/name. When the walls started disintegrating he bought a 29' Ford. He lived in that for the last ten or so years of his life.technically, its a trailer - no engine. its a 30' +/- Forest River Ultralite from last decade with two bump outs, an "outside kitchen" and a single roof mounted A/C unit which is supposed to run on a single 30a supply leg. Hahahahahahahhahaha.
We weren't supposed to be in it nearly this long, but between the Pandemic and the massive change in interest rates, following a year of delays from our architect and his engineer... I have a foundation, underslab plumbing and some wall forms in place. Not enough forms to finish the walls, no concrete to fill them, and no roof - much less finishing it out once the the box is cast.
