There are people with emu eggs incubating in the Ratites section, maybe you should try there. They seem to have very specific requirements. Good luck!

Do a little test and try bottled water in the bowl if you’d like and see if they keep forming. I really hope it is okay! And please I beg you make sure to post pictures when it hopefully hatches! I’m sending hood vibes your way!
