I don’t know.
They will. Ducks are funny that way
New things and any changes terrify them
Only takes one ti get brave the rest will follow
I once cut up pumpkin in 1/4 pieces just like I do my watermelon
The ducks were so scared they all walked way around it to get in the duck house
Took them a good 3-4 days 😂

Oh. Okay

Do you think making the water a little dirty would help?
No but if they like treats like meal worms or cat food you could sprinkle it in but let them see you
I like to run my fingers in the water splashing and my ducks immediately come running over to check it out

They are completely new to the idea of swimming water.

Sprightly was deeply unsettled when she first saw my rescue rabbit, she was very troubled. But very quickly adapted. And now she lies against the mesh, facing the bunny, and the bunny sits laying on the other side. They love eachother very much.
Just proves they can adapt!

Maybe try having it really shallow so that they can just splash their feet in it, like a giant puddle. You could fill it up a little more each day until its up to their tummies.
Make it easy for them to get in and out, and scatter some mealworms in there, I'm sure they'll come around, they just need to figure it out!
