My amazon stuff for the brooder came today! Still shipping is the food, waterers, brooder plate, washable/waterproof blanket, and feeders. Ducklings "come week of March 27" which I think means they get here Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Says theres a thunderstorm at around noon on Tuesday, and it'll be warm so I hope they come earlier. This is going to be their brooder, and when I need to I'll make it taller with taped-up cardboard boxes. they are babies for like 20minutes... mine are 20 days old and already teenagers.

they are literally eggs longer than they are ducklings

i think the height is fine, they either need a roof (if they can fly out), or nothing higher, they aren't great at hopping higher than 11"

Mine seem like they tripled in size. And have tried to bit me about 5 out of the 10 times i pick them up a day.

oh, and feeders? waste... just get a dog food bowl from the dollar store (the kind with big sides that angle out. i gave them the special bowl, they promptly decided that it was more fun to climb inside mom's food bowl and lay down in the food as they eat
