on the belly should not hurt at all...

there is not a lot there in the way of nerve endings ect...or bone...

the most painful spots are between the thighs, under the arm, bony parts like spine cause there is nothing between the skin and the bone... I am sure there are more parts that hurt like the dickens but this is just a few of the mor well knows spots
