Tell me the chicken coop is the only place you wear Crocs

I think they are dead ugly.

BUT having said that, my standard footwear is a pair of brown $6 walmart 'crocs' And i wear them with socks so they don't make my feet sweaty.

So sexy...

but at least I'm comfy

And to elaborate on my buying them while pregnant-the instant I put them on, I decided that every pregnant woman should get a pair! They have so many styles now, people can't think they are all ugly

I have these in 3 colors, and my daughter has them in 2 colors. We are a little croc addicted here

I started to wear them when I had a bad case of Plantar fasciitis (I think I spelled that right) I bought the special ones (CROCSrx relief) and they are awesome on my sore feet. But I usually only wear them at home, not in public.
*Edited to add cheap knockoffs are no comparison to the name brand on these shoes, I wore specialty arch supports and expensive shoes for six months before trying the relief crocs and my feet felt better instantly and healed rapidly.
Also, I bought the type with no holes for the coop and yard because I was sick of having to take them off to get the sand out!
I agree they are UGLY and pricey but so worth it if you have flat feet like I do.

Only at home. I have 2 pair of the mammouth (fuzzy) crocs. Easy slip on and off to run to the coop in!

You are so jealous of my hawt Crocs, obviously.

I love them because they're so easy to clean, and we're frequently awash with mud out here. I put them in the dishwasher--talk about CLEAN!

But they're not for wearing away from home, except maybe a quick run to Wal*Mart, where you're lucky if everyone you see is even FULLY CLOTHED.

whoever said crocs are bad for your feet was lying. I have horrible foot problems,--heel spurs, bunions, fallen arches, and to top it off-RA. i used to have to wear my runners with arch supports in the house, the then take my arches out and into another pair to go outside. What a chore! I cannot go barefoot or I'm in pain.

My sis has arthritis way worse than me and she reccommended crocs to me. I responded with --they are UGLY, to which she responded==try them, so I did and the rest is history. \\

I have a barn pair, a house pair, and a-gotta run into town quick pair. They are the best thing that happened to my feet, and I am long past worrying what something looks like if its comfortable.

And --not bring a "namebrand" girl, I had tried the knockoffs, but only the real crocs will do.

Ugly or not, I am a croc junkie.

I have the walmart/target ugly crocs. they are chicken shoes ONLY. I throw them in the wash too. I don't understand how these things have become popular!! I wear them in the garden too, but I don't know why, my feet get just as dirty as if I were barefoot.

Yep, I used up a pair of red ones last year, and matter of fact, I've got another TWO pairs arriving tomorrow! They are also coming out with a Breast Cancer awareness pair of fleece clogs in a pastel pink. They are kinda cute!

I call mine my outdoors house slippers and they sit right inside the back door or if they need washing right outside the back door. I wear mine in the garden or the coop but they are old and a very ugly shade of green so I don't wear them anywhere else. Got them cheap at Bass Pro.

I hate shoes and crocs fit the need of protecting my feet without discomfort when out in the yard. I am barefoot when inside and hate winter when I have to wear closed toe shoes to work.

I'm only saying because I wear these - they keep my feet up out of the muck. They do, however, put my toes at optimum height for examinations.
