I love crocs! They are darn hawt, but I won't wear them in public.

I have a black pair that I don't wear very often and an adorable pair of pink and orange no toe open back sandal type crocs from Avon. Super comfy, I wear them around the house all day, I am a gunkaphobic and any bit of gunk that just happens to be on the floor creeps me out. That is probably because about a year ago I stepped and a big hunken pile of dog puke BAREFOOT in the house!!!!!!!!!!

Bloody heck. And no we are not hobos who have dog puke all over our floors, no clue how that happened. But gross. I don't wear my crocs out to feed chickies. Thats what my absoulute-bestest-shoes-in-the-world are for. They are the half chewed by the dog, soles worn flat, ugly, lining completely worn out, Camp Shoe by The Muck Boot Company. Best part they were free!! Because everyone got a raffle item at some boring horse Purina Mills sales thing bob. Ooops, I guess this is what Davaroo means by off topic.

Except for 2-3 pair of shoes for work, Crocs are all I own! Everyone wears them here in Florida, so I guess we're used to see people in them and they don't look "funny". Actually I did wear a pair to work today because my foot was hurting and they are the only thing that didn't hurt it more.

I have 2 pairs of ugly fake crocs that are great for around the house and garden. I occassionally wear them out in "public". They get nasty, but they clean up well too. They do make my feet hot.

Now my pair of real crocs look beautiful, like leather sandals. I have no problem wearing those in public. They are "cleo" style.

I have two pairs of real crocs. I bought the first for kayaking and just today bought a pair with no holes to wear around the yard so my feet don't get as dirty. I wear them anywhere I would wear tennis shoes.

My wife and daughter just love there crocs. For my birthday this year my wife bought me a pair to wear in the chicken yard because she was tired of all the sand or mud that my shoes would track in. but I would not wear the to town.

There are some better looking ones too!
I don't own a pair but my son wore them all summer long, and was highly poed that he couldn't ware them to school!
I liked them because he is always in the creek, and they dry fast and can be hosed off!
His are knock offs too! best 8.00 I have ever spent!
