Is there a specific "chicken corn" lol or can i get like the bird feeder style?

You want cracked corn, not whole kernel corn. It's easier for them to manage, especially as young as yours are.

If you get "deer" corn, it's generally whole kernel. I'd not recommend that, myself. Not for such young birds. Actually, I'd not recommend whole kernel corn for any age just because of the increase in non-digestability factor. But, I defer to those who feed whole kernel corn to their big girls without problem in that regard

This was his fourth deployment.. and I'm sure it won't be his last...
But at least for now he's home.. so we're spending as much time together as possible (between hospital appointments..)

Awww geez. I know you're a wife, I have no idea why I put that on there. Usually when I make a mistake like that, I'll correct it when I read it later but I was in such a hurry, never even saw it. Enjoy each other best as you can.

Yes it was. Sorry, I was on my cell phone. It didn't quote.
Mine eat it all up. They eat the corn first but end up eating it all.
Mine are just a little spoiled, my fault, they just ignored the maize. The squirrels cleaned up the leftovers and I do not want to feed the squirrels any more. They already decimate the peach, fig, pear and pecan trees.
