Hmmm... Mine don't smell. Or at least I've never noticed it. Are they old or dirty? I keep mine on the counter until needed (never more than a few days though). I have hard boiled them too and can't say I remember any smell.Question for the duck folks... a co-worker has a duck that is laying eggs and she and other people, including me, have attempted to eat the eggs but they have an off smell about them - seems to be the shell and membrane. I even hard boiled two and the 'smell' was still there. Is this a duck thing or what would cause this. The internal part of the eggs tasted fine but the small was pretty gross.
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
