The final, fluffed up results of my hatch. :)

No Pics at this time just went down to farm Wednesday to sex the standards I got all girls 5 of them may have to buy roo . The Bantams I Have 2 pair, One pair about 5 months cant wait for eggs.
The bantams are more beautiful then the standards they are from the Ruth Bloth line.
Do you own parent birds?

No, these were shipped eggs but I saw pics of the parents and they are beautiful...none of the GL so many people try to pass of as BLR so much of the time. These are my first ones and I know very little about them except that I think they are stunning!!!!!

They are eye candy hope you get all three colors I have yet to get Splash .
They are very sweet birds ,
Enjoy!!!!!!!

I am thinking by looks right now that I did get one splash

I am really hoping so!!! The little one to the right of the pic is VERY light. It is really hard to tell the difference in the pic. But, I will love any color...they are the one kind I have been wanting for some time. These already seem sweeter than a lot of chicks I have had...even others I have hatched. They just have terrific personalities.

Yes I think that is a splash also. The blue and red are dark and about the same color at this age.
I will never get Splash breeding blue to red ;
Would be glad to share some bantam eggs when they start laying.
I got them by mistake, I ordered the most beautiful SQ buff silkies and was real suprised when I saw yellow feet, but fell in love it was a good mistake.

Yes, at least it was a GOOD mistake!!!

I will have to see how I like having my BTWJ...this is my first ever bantam sized chick.

I didn't think I would like having one so tiny, but so far she is just a little heart breaker.

If the cuteness of the BTWJ gets too overwhelming I'd be glad to take her off your hands...

I'll just put on my anti-cuteness suit.

No, Lola is one of the other 3. The littel (hopefully) splash one was the last of those to hatch. Awfully nice grand finale I thought!!! LOL

That is really sweet of you, pbjmaker, but you see, I have a pair of cuteness blinders. I just slip those on and can handle all the excess cute!!! Pretty cool, huh!!!! LOL not to mention, I can see me trying to explain to my oldest son where HIS baby was!!! I think I would be kicked out of the house!!!!!

Yes, Yes I remember now - you have human children and they come as a complete kit (baby, the mom handbook, eyes for the back of your head and of course cuteness blinders)

I counter acted that on my last hatch and kept the "ugly chick" Then I didn't need to dig them out.
