At this, Otulissa had a mildly curious look on her face. "You don't?" She paced around Adeline like a cat, flicking a pebble off her claws. "Well, may I ask, why were you sneaking around? I'm just curious, you know."

Adeline followed her movements with her eyes until Otulissa was behind her. She didn't turn her head, but swiveled her ears backwards so that she had enough warning to react if the other dragoness attacked. "Sneaking?" Her voice was questioning, but didn't sound smug or overly dangerous. "If I was sneaking, you wouldn't have seen me." She bit her lip a bit to stop herself from continuing down that path, which was sure to not help the situation any, and finished with something less boastful. "I have private matters to discuss with Lilith."

"You do?" Otulissa sat down, her head slightly tilted to the side in curiousity. "I don't seem to recall you meeting her yet. Perhaps my memory is faulty, but I doubt that. That old goat up there probably has it instead." She looked at the circling dot in the sky, far in the distance. It was clear that it was Finny, as her wingbeats were sloppy and she favored her right wing over her left wing. If she was any closer, she could have been heard. "And I always watch over and see everything that's happening in Caronia. Can't hide from me," she winked, not revealing her watching spot for obvious reasons.

"I haven't." Adeline replied bluntly. She was getting impatient with this nosy dragon, and had to hold herself back to prevent herself from raking her claws across Otulissa's cheek. "Look, I have no quarrel with you are anyone else here for that matter." Her voice was brisk, to the point and straight forward. "I am here to see Lilith to discuss important matter that are none of your concern. You will either let me see Lilith, or I will see her anyways. I have no time to play games."

Otulissa shook her head, chuckling softly. "Lilith doesn't want to see you. She's busy with more important things. Now, I suggest you get outta dodge before..." she chuckled softly again, "things get ugly."

"Looks like things have already gotten ugly." Silv said bluntly, staring at Otulissa as he turned around the face them,"Do you need something? Or has Lilith just assigned you the position of Caronia's new annoying guard cat?"

"Looks like things have already gotten ugly." Silv said bluntly, staring at Otulissa as he turned around the face them,"Do you need something? Or has Lilith just assigned you the position of Caronia's new annoying guard cat?"

"I just saw her creeping around, thought I'd come over and give her a scare," Otulissa chuckled again, "who could resist such an opportunity? Ah well, I have better things to be doing." She unfurled her wings and disappeared into the night.

Adeline snorted as Otulissa left and tossed her head indignantly. "Is that the scare Caronia has to offer?" She muttered. "I'm a bit disappointed."
