As I'm fairly new to BYC I thought I'd put some pictures on here of some of our chickens, our cockerel is called Elvis and we got him by swopping our Billy goat called Honchi.Our home designed and made coops and the geese Gerald and Geraldine in their bath. All together we have 1 Roo, 11 girls, 10 meat chickens currently 9 weeks old, 2 geese, 5 sheep ( 2 this year lambs), 3 breeding rabbits and a GSD who adopted us.
Freckles the ram was posing rather nicely so he got a photo taken too. he is being a bit stroppy at the moment as the ewes are coming in to Oestrus soon. I can't go in without a big stick and I have had many a stand off with him. You have to watch your back as he charges full pelt at the moment. I'm afraid he gets a wack and bellowed at, which makes him think and then back off!
