The good ole “help me figure out what gender my silkies are” post

I have two silkies. One black and one white. I originally swore the black was a male based off of the stance it had always had but I’m not so sure. This white one is much smaller but the hair is different. It also has a much deeper cluck lol. My poor black one has pretty bad cross beak, but has been doing really well. These hatched on March 3rd.

I think your white one is a roo, and lean towards pullet on the black one.

Thank you! I was SURE it was the opposite when they were younger. They change so much. Lol. I’m still anxiously awaiting a crow from one of them.
