These two girls are NOT the same girl - the only way I can tell them apart right now is tiny white tips on two feathers on Lydia

Impy again - he was the only boy really interested in cooperating with the camera

It's a relief to know that others see all pullets, too. I thought it was just me. At least I haven't had my bubble burst just yet...

Your babies are beautiful. Hope mine grow out that well.

Oh, I'm Daphne, by the way. I probably should have included that.

Everyones chicks are very pretty. Skoche has a very large breast.
Daphne I hope all yours turn out good. You know I had never hatchted from that pen. I like that little black cockerel. I want to see them in a about four more week. looks like at least 3 boys to me.

Those two girls are matching pom poms at this point. Impy and Max have the most expressive faces, nice big eyes - hopefully I can get more pics this week. They are so impressed with being allowed out on grass that they kept their faces down looking for bugs. Butt shots are cute, but enough is enough!

Daphne - Wow - they are growing so fast. I would like to see them as they continue to grow too.

Beth - Oh MY !! Those birds are looking AWESOME !! I am very impressed !! I can't wait to see how they grow out. I love the black girls (I may need to have those back), and SQUISH - WOW...she is nice and broad and beautiful. I love the little roo in picture #1 in the front - which is he?

I'm outside with the little ones as I type this post. They've all grown so much! I left my camera in my car, which has been taken to San Fransisco, so unfortunately I won't be able to post any updated pictures today. Though I have tomorrow afternoon off and I plan on letting them run in the yard again so I can get some good shots.

I've named 4 so far, they're the most recognizable to me right now. I figured I shouldn't break the trend so I've started to pick English names too.

My splash cockerel who I was calling Chomper before is now Edmund.

He's got quite the personality for a little guy.

My lightest blue pullet is Alice, named from the Lewis Carroll book. She's a very pastel blue, with darker lacing. I think she's stunning. Another lighter blue pullet, that actually seemed to have darkened a bit, is Beth short for Elizabeth. Named after joletabey and the Queen. Finally one of my blacks, the biggest pullet out of the blacks, I've started calling Petunia. I wanted to have a "P" too Joy!

I really wish I could share pictures with y'all today, I'm so in love with these little ones. They're beauties.
