Just love them.My winter hatch is over. Here are a few photos of some of the juveniles I have for sale, both 100% EBO, and 50% EBO. These are aged 9 weeks to 5 weeks in these photos. These babies are all living outside with a light at night, with night temps in the 20s. Monty has thrown beautiful heads and combs across the board, along with size and type. Wonderful "Sunshine " color too ! Thanks Marc !
Here's their dad, and some of their mothers....

He's still gorgeous ! You've obviously been feeding him too many basketballs. Just wait... That comb may come up yet. I may have to send Dolly down to play.I wanted to share pictures of one of my culls, "Rock Star" at 27 weeks. Technically he is a cull since I removed him from my breeding stock. But, in all reality it was just a geographic change since he has been given a 12 x 12 stall and two girlfriends (Wyandottes on loan) to keep his spirits up. He will sire all my future hens for eating eggs. I know you all don't post pictures of culls, but he's won my heart since he likes to pose and I like to paint.
Anyhow, his claim to fame is how he works the camera and the ladies. Let's just say, vigor he doesn't lack, but at the same time is gentle.. Notice in the last pictures how big his chest gets when his "honies" are nearby.

Dee, he is stunning! Floppy comb or not.
I hope his comb will correct itself. It is a shame seeing a bird of that quality not have some Orpington ladies of his own. He would sire some nice chicks![]()
Thank you Bryce! I bet your Jubilee Roo pokes his chest out like that! That Jub Roo of yours is special. Would love to see more pictures of him. Would certainly brighten up this rainy, gloomy day!
Shoot! I'd try him out anyway! What are the chances his offspring will have the same comb? 50%? In the meantime, what a fantastic dude!I wanted to share pictures of one of my culls, "Rock Star" at 27 weeks. Technically he is a cull since I removed him from my breeding stock.
